1. Return Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the item must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Timeframe You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this 7-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing, contact us immediately at hello@gliva.online. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes:

-Personal care goods (such as beauty products or skincare).

-Intimate apparel or earrings.

-Custom products or personalized items.

-Sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchange Options The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need an exchange due to a size issue (where applicable), please reach out to our team within the 7-day window.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: Gliva will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns (where there is no defect), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

7. Refund Process and Timing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
