1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festival seasons), processing may be delayed by a few days. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes We offer standard insured shipping to all major cities across India and internationally.

Domestic Delivery (India): Estimated 7-15 business days.

International Delivery: Estimated 10-20 business days. Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat fee of ₹99 for standard shipping.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over ₹1,499.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website via our "Track Order" page or through the carrier's website.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.

Incorrect Address: Gliva is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect destination information provided at checkout.

6. International Shipping & Customs For our international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST) once a shipment reaches your country. Gliva is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

7. Missing Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
