This website is operated by Gliva. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gliva. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Account Terms
-You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use this Service.
-You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password.
-You must provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases made at our store.
-A breach of any Account Terms may result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. Pricing and Payment
-All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
-We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
-Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways like Razorpay or Cashfree.
-We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
3. Product Descriptions
-We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
-All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.
-We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services purchased will meet your expectations.
4. Order Acceptance
-Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.
-We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability or errors in pricing/product info.
-If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
-As a dropshipping entity, products are shipped directly from our global suppliers to your address.
-Estimated delivery times are 7 to 15 business days, but these are not guaranteed.
-Any customs duties or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
-Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
-Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
-To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
-Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period as prescribed by RBI guidelines.
-No cancellation charges will be imposed once a purchase is confirmed, unless we also bear similar charges for unilateral cancellation.
7. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:
-Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
-Violating any international or Indian regulations, rules, or laws.
-Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or those of others.
-Uploading viruses, malicious code, or using automated means (bots/scrapers) to access the site.
8. Limitation of Liability
-Gliva shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service or products procured using the service.
-Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
